You've made a good start there. A couple of things that would improve the quality greatly would be to lock down the lights and camera more securely. It's very easy to knock them as you found out

The rest, such as timing and and animation techniques, comes through reading books on the subject and experience. I bet you've learned a lot already and you don't stop with something as complex as animation.
