Aya Characters Eyes wont work?

Ive tried everything but eyes two-four are whited out or something I don't know what the deal is with it, ive tried to source the image but its almost like its greyed out or something any one having this problem with Anime Studio Pro 8? Ive had every version up from 5 and have never had this problem before alot of the mouths are in the Folder but they won't work either nor will some of the hair its the same with about all the characters even anime boy is whited out what is going on with 8 Ive updated and everything nothing works!
