just wanted to know, from some more experienced users, which program is easier and/or better for lip-sync, papagayo or Pamela? Any pros or cons you can give for either would be greatly appreciated.

Papagayo is better.

Pros: Supports multiple voices in a sound file. Supports word and phrase dragging. Provides undo. Papagayo is also more likely to get support when you need it.

Cons: No Linux support (requires Quicktime for sound handling).
