i'm learning the anime studio debut little by little--i'm trying to figure out if it's possible to put an jpeg photo of somebodies face onto one of the animated characters bodies--i've been doing that in gif animator for years, but i cant figure out how to do it in anime studio--i not having much luck looking thru the manual on that subject--can someone point me in the right direction?--thanks

I think it's simply a matter of using

File->Import->Image...

and replacing the existing head with the imported image (layer bind image to head bone). Jpeg doesn't support alpha so image won't be masked. A better choice would be to mask the head in a photoediting program and save as a png file.

You can mask in AS, but it's bit more complicated. See guyver's youtube tutorial here: Cutoutkid.mov
