Not sure what to call it and it is admitedly an idea I haven't thought through a lot ....

One thing I find very tough is creating multiple views of the same character. As I was admiring Dave's Nicelodeon animation on the main page, with the fish turning from side to front view I was thinking it might be cool if there was some sort of 'multiview designer' to help me layout a front, side and 3/4 view of things.

Maybe this could be a simple as creating 3 windows and being able to set guides in one window and it showing in all three so I can desig the front view, drag guides to the eye, nose, ear positions etc and these marks would show in the side view, 3/4 view etc to help me lay them out. Or maybe a built in idea like Rasheeds experiments http://www.lostmarble.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1978 so I can grab a stock head or similar shape, stretch it., place markers for eyes etc and rotate it for each view so I can correctly place the features on my 2D faces so when they turn they don't have 'nasal migration.' ;)

I know I can make models and templates etc but if there is a way to build in a helper it would be errr...... helpful! :)

You could adapt the "frame-by-frame" animation method as explained in the tutorials (the one where you animate the inchworm). Using onion skinning and flipping back and forth between frames you would then make sure that the two views match up with each other.

...Well, fist I must say that I don't know if I'd take advantadge about something like this, but I think that can be a good idea because Moho is a "peculiar" program where the things must be done in different way to another applications, and LM "must" provide the necesary tools for an efficient 2D work... I think that all of us (including LM) must think "different" because Moho is different, and looking for the best way to implement that usefull features that any other animation programs have to improve workflow, but perfectly adapted to the work method in Moho, of course... well, I know that can seem obvious, but sometimes I miss some features in some essential aspects like: a good morphing tool to resolves definitely this 3/4 view theme (instead the problematic 3D head solution), best results in bone locking chains movements (without suddenly bone jumps) and other advanced thechnics to easily REuse walk and wheel cicles (with auto-adapted velocity/distance) along a path, for talk about some of they... CIAO!
