I'd like to make an "Earthquake" effect, where the entire workspace 'shakes'. My thought is to add noise of layer, but is there a way to add noise to my entire animation without having to do it to every layer one by one? Can someone direct me to a good tutorial?

I tried using the "Handheld Camera" feature, but I don't know how to turn it off and on. It is just on for the entire animation.

Here watch this. You can use the same technique on layer scale or layer rotate or any combination of them.
