Hey guys!
I have been looking on e-bay for a while now for a laptop because i am clogging up my mum's computer with all my animation stuff
I was just wondering if anyone knows where i can get a decent enough laptop but not for too much money.
I did find one but it doesn't have an operating system.
Thanks to anyone that helps.
Dan

I think it would work out cheaper, and probably faster, just to buy another desktop system. You could get one of those cube PC's. They're more than half the size of a normal tower, but have less features like less PCI slots... but if you're not planning on upgrading or running a huge audio system from it, then they're perfect.
But otherwise, you can pick up a 2.4Ghz, 1Gb Ram system for about £500 new (without a monitor). Ebay that, and you've got a bargin I reckon... but if you're sold on a laptop, good luck finding one cheap.

If it's a matter of space, maybe an option would be to install an extra hard drive.

Try the Google image search and enter "shuttle barebone", then you'll see plenty of examples.

there you go, you're going to have to research what sites do the best deal on them.
