Here's a little gif of a heart running. It only took me 10 minutes in Moho to do this evening (Thanks to jorgy for advice on inserting the gif).

Charming! Maybe the eyes should move (bounce?) too?

Just a few tips;
I think it's too fast, double the frames, or if you want him to run at that pace get a smaller up and down movement, it's way to much for that timing.
And you need some movement sideways as well. Delay the arms a frame or two to get it more organic.

Thanks for the advice. I just really wanted to show how quickly and powerfull Moho is when it comes to getting a concept out of your head and onto the screen I've done a lot of 3D animation and it takes forever to bring a character or a concept to life. so long in fact most times the creative energy is lost somewhere in the mechanics. This would have taken me 2 hours solid to do in 3D....instead it only took 10 minutes in Moho. Good on you LM
