layer immunes to view.

Hi guys, I have a question:
I made a Group Layer that contains
a black square, named Transition.
This Group Layer acts as a Transition
in my animation of 4 other Groups.
It helps me visualize the flow easier.
I remember back then someone
said something about a layer setting
that always face and move with the
view, regardless of camera move, or
zoom.
I checked the boxes in the General Tab of
this layer. The black square is there
when switched to the Transition Layer,
but it does not look right.
Anyone knows why?
