To the left side of the Timeline, usually I would see the icons for layer, bones, views...etc. But now
I only see one icon that said "All Chanels" when mouse-over. What have I done, how can I make them
go back? Help please.

Check your preferences. There is a check box for "Consolidate layer channels". This combines all keys into "one channel" view in the timeline. Uncheck this.

Just a guess.
