A few Boeing's landing in Crosswind and
touching down pointing sideways.
Looks fairly amazing to me.
Maybe an idea for a little "Aviation-Animation".

did u mean "terrific" like "weird" or "awesome" or did u mean "cruel"?

(on some airports these criss-cross-landings r the majority...
and the people inside where not hurt or something...)

i didnt find it that cruel or so.

but i found the position of the wheels quite funny, even if they were intended to save the day

I meant it like "awesome". If I meant it as in "cruel" I'd have used the word "terrifying".

I'm a pilot so I've done some landings like this myself, just not in such a big plane!

Ah okay. Was my fault, my english dictionary did say "terrific" can also mean "cruel". But it is good old GDR-Style so maybe its a bit too old.
But it has something good, cause now i know that you r a pilot.
