In a girafe for example, the head and the neck are separated. How do i do to make lift up the neck and in the same time make move the head from left to right?

did u mean "turn the head from left to right" or "move the head from left to right"?
Otherwise, please discribe your problem again, a bit more detailed

thank you for your answer. The girafe turns its head from left to right and from right to left (it makes a rotation) to say no, no, no and lifts up its neck in the same time.
