Resizing/Rescaling multiple layers at once

I have a character made up of some basic layers and switch layers for the eyes and mouth.
I can't seem to resize/re scale or move them all of them at once. Is there a way to do this?
Cheers

Several ways:
1. Put all into a group layer and scale this.
2. Scale one layer, then enter the numbers into the other layer's parameter fields (top of window).
3. Go inside the layers and scale the points.
Depending on what you're going to do, one of these methods will be best. For just building a scenery I use 1. For constructing a character I use 3, because I will take parts of this character out of their parent layers and use them elsewhere. This only works if all stuff is "normalized", meaning: no matter how deep in the hierarchy, everything is to scale. Put differently: I never use layer scaling while constructing a character.

Slow Tiger.
You sir are a champion thanks for the quick response. Cool I can do 2 and 3.
Group Layer that sounds like what I am after, How do I create a group layer? I don't have that option when creating a layer. Is it a Pro only feature? I only have the debut version so far.
Cheers

In Debut, just use a bone layer for that purpose.
The top layer of your character should be a bone layer anyway - this is the one to scale when importing a character into a scene. It helps to set the point of origin (0) to the ground between his feet before scaling.
