Anime Studio Pro 9 patch?

Any news on an update? An email went out several days ago about a patch for version 9, however it's nowhere to be found on the website? I'm trying to be optimistic here, but AS Pro 9 64bit crashes so regularly on my Mac it's almost impractical to use :cry:
