"Mobile Knowledge"

This project had a not so good start: a first film of 5 minutes was completed before we decided we could do better. This is planned to be the first of several shorts about different topics in the field of design for mobile devices, used as introductory presentation at workshops and conferences.
The assets were done in TVPaint and Photoshop, then assembled in AS. The many walking characters have a bitmap body and AS feet, so I could easily change colours and speed.

Fantastic. Real nice when the first one glues and rolls the poster down. No arms but they read so clearly, stretching up to place the poster. Real nice.

That works really well and very clear. It's amazing what you can do with such simple character's.
