I can't find a wy to solve this problem - how to fix bottom part of object (botom line), so that just upper part bend.

I don't see any suggestion in manual or tutorials, so I'd very much appreciate if someone can help

If it's an image, you can add a new bone in the bottom to keep that pixels fixed.
If it's vector, add a new bone in the bottom and bind the points of the base to it.

Bind points, OF COURSE! (it is vector drawing) - thank you very much...
