DId you use only ASP or some other software also?

Danny, you know I'm a huge fan of your work and this new film is excellent. It's beautifully executed with thought given to every shot and the character's hit strong poses and move fluidly. The lighting and other effects are perfect and the soundtrack is great too I assume you are performing the music as usual?

You should explain a bit more about how you produce your films. I think people will be surprised that you don't use bones.

patricia3d, i just got as9, but i used as5.5 for this film, and adobe premiere pro to construct/render the video

amigaman, thanks! yes i also wrote the music as well, well...re-wrote, because theyr obviously christmas songs, i just re wrote them in my film style. no, i dont use bones, because i dont know how to lol. i wouldnt even really know how to use vector layers either if you didnt show me lol.
if anyone wants to know, i draw/create the images in photoshop and import them into anime studio where i set them up as characters/backgrounds ect... so really, just moving layers around.

kaushalsingh, thanks! i always try to have the visuals go well with the music im glad people notice! as for tips, i really dont have any tips that would help out anyone here, i dnt think, besides, don't make films on a 13 yr old pc lol. amigaman got lotsa tips! he just recently showed me how to draw and use vector layers, which was a great help to me. but if you have any questions ill try to answer them!

However you do it, it works incredibly well and you are obviously comfortable working that way and it's the final result that matters. I'm pleased you're working more with Vector Layers now though

Btw, Kaushalsingh is just a spammer but for some reason is still allowed to post. There's an Aaron who will probably respond shortly too. Both respond to pretty much everyone's posts and I doubt watch the animations but just reword other people's genuine responses.

thanks amigaman! yes im kinda comfortable with the way i do it, but it gets frustrating sometimes. like when it takes forever for the project to open or sometimes it ends up rendering blank layers cuz thers 5,000 images layers lol. hopefully someday ill be able to actually make one of my characters with all vector layers and even the smart bones!
