Anime Studio 9.5 should be an update
Anime Studio 10 should be an upgrade. IMHO

That sounds ominous for those like me who have had no way to upgrade to 9 pro so far. Might be the end of ASPro for me.
Well that changes everything. Fantastic update. So what to do. Update my Toonboom Studio or my Anime Studio Pro. At least I have an option.
