Up to $800 for 2-3min pilot

Hello,
Machinima is commissioning me to create a League of Legends pilot which could possible evolve into a new series. We have about $800 in our budget for the animation portion.

And please include enough examples of your work that I can tell your qualifications. Three short clips at 5 seconds each are not the kind of examples I am looking for.
