Looks good and the animation gets around nicely. Does everyone have Parkinson's or something? An awful lot of moving and twitching seem to be going on. Still, it looks very good!

The purposely hand drawn, 12fps sequences might explain the shaking.
The whole animation was otherwise animated with ASP9, with the use of mask layers for shades & a couple more stuff.

The pacing of the whole animation is spot on. Very stylistic colors and rough edges, clean scene transitions, with very little wasted time, the only scene that broke the pace a hair too long for me was the dream sequence, but perhaps that was meant to communicate something I missed from not knowing the series.
Nice work for sure, something for me to aim for

I really liked the style of it. The 'boiling' outlines did give it a nice hand drawn look too. Great stuff
