real people, etc. to animation.

Do you know of any tutorials that show how to take a photograph of real people and then animate them?
I have a photo of Bigfoot that is a yard ornament that I would like to animate.
I can cut it into pieces, arms, legs, etc but there is no points to bind on them and the bind layer doesn't work either.
I can do all those parts with points but then they are empty of the actual part, just dotted outlines.
I once saw a picture of Napoleon and he was made to walk. Can this be done with Anime 9.5 or Poser 9?
Thanks.

- Each body part must be its own image file.
- These images go into a bone layer and get bound to one bone each with layer binding.
That's all.

I have done that. I have put all the parts together and then boned them. Some parts partially work, most not at all.
Do I do the parts one at a time and then try putting them together?

Look up Layer binding in the manual and follow it exactly step by step.
