Graphics cards

Hello All,
A newbie question: Does AS 9 support dual SLI cards (see them as one)? I am looking to get a new Windows machine and Lenovo has one I am interested in with dual nvidia 750s with 2GB each. I will settle for the non-SLI single card if AS doesnt recognize the SLI setup. I dont play games so if the SLI doesnt help with rendering times there is no point in all that power.
ANY guidance will be appreciated.
Cheers!

I see your serious about trying to achieve real time render speed. The question then becomes does the ASP render engine use CPU or GPU? If its like Modo then its all CPU and the graphics card won't help a bit with render speed. What would help in this case is the fastest CPU and a lot of memory.

There were some 2D render engines that came pretty close to real time through DirectX.

Thanks for the reply Info. I think the newest versions of anime studio uses the GPUs. I don't know if that automatically means it will use the SLI capability. I went ahead and ordered a lenovo y510p laptop with 2x nvidia gt750s with 2GB each. It should scream through video rendering. I will report back if it works well with AS 9.5.
