Intro for 2013 El Monstero EMXV Concerts

My friends in El Monstero celebrated their 15th season with another string of sold out shows at the Pageant Theater in St. Louis. I animated the intro to the show again. (They promised to give me more time to work on the next one
) I've had the honor to play this theater several times as a musician and it is, no contest, the best venue to play in St. Louis, but getting the chance to see a cartoon live with a crowd reaction was a new kind of awesome!
I would have to admit that I'm a better drummer than animator but nonetheless it's an honor to work with a show like this, and my part can only get better with more practice.
As part of their charity efforts, El Monstero raised over $30,000 for St. Louis non-profit Crisis Aid International, an organization that rescues girls from sex trafficking around the world and in St. Louis. As an amateur animator, there's no doubt in my mind, I could not have done my part without Anime Studio. (I've tinkered with a couple other programs but I can't seem to connect with them.) So I would like to say thank you to the Anime Studio crew for making a user friendly program that a hack like me can get my head around.
For any Pink Floyd fans out there here's a couple more clips, a photo album and some news coverage of the shows.
