Importing images

I have just discovered Moho 5 this morning and have downloaded the demo version. I was wondering how I would go about importing my own pencil drawings to use as backgrounds for my animations. I tried it once and it seemed to sort of work although it was a radically zoomed in version of my drawing that I was presented with. I was going to ask how you would go about enlarging the drawing to it's correct size but then another problem occured. When I tried to import a drawing for the second time, this time the programme would not allow me to do it. I can get as far as opening my pictures in my documents but when I try and open a folder it only appears as a blank space where my images should be. I thougfht that this might be beceause i am only using the demo version at the moment. Does anyone have any ideas.

Right seems to want to import agian(sometimes). Can any one help with my query on how to zoom out from my image if itr appears to large? Would i have to shrink it first or would I do it once the image has been imported?

If you're not seeing some images, it may be because they're not in a format Moho supports. Moho can import JPEG, BMP, Targa, or PNG.
As far as the size of the images, you could either resize the image outside of Moho before importing it, or resize it in Moho. Use the Scale Layer tool to resize the image in Moho.

You can either resize the image in Moho using the Scale Layer tool or adjust Moho's project settings to match your image size under File/Project Settings or resize the image first to match the size of your intended Moho animation > you can see various common sizes for TV and other animations in the Moho Project settings box.
