Anime Studio pro has a few smoke particle scripts and at least one snow script, but I haven't seen one for confetti yet.

Do we have a confetti script? Where could I find it?

Or do I crank up the particle generator and make my own?

I saw that video back at New Year's, and loved it, of course.

I like the way you make the particles "flicker" slightly, by having the color of the shapes lighten up briefly as the particle rotates away from the viewer

And very helpful at letting me have a better grasp of how the particle generator works. I added a few extra particles, in pink, orange and yellow, to help the confetti stand out against my sky blue background.

One question:

Even if I turn off the "on at start" option, and put in a starting keyframe for them, the confetti still are on the screen, already falling, from frame 1. How did you get it to start on cue?

ADDED: Ah, I put in a mask that reveals the particles gradually, it's quick, but I think it looks better.
