From a Moho 5 thread.

At the momnet, the sound always starts at frame 1. Problem is the action may come first then the lipsync later (at frame 50 for example).

It would be good to have a Sound Start Offset, either in the Scene Preferences, or better, as a timeline with a slideable key ... this would make fine turning the animation/scene ,uch faster.

That would be cool, and probably not that hard to implement. As a stopgap measure, if you haven't you can check out the script I whipped up for working around this that I posted in this thread.
