Either that man has a very strong wrist, or that gun isn't really firing. You need to animate some recoil for realism. it's too still. I 'd also recommend animating the hammer come down as well, for good measure.

I'm going with that option, given how THICK the wrist is.

In addition to recoil and hammer, with that kind of gun there should be movement in the slide as well. You can even hear the shells ejecting but the slide doesn't move to let them eject.

It's a good start, and if this weren't so close up you could probably get away with it.
