This is my work in progress test animation. Feedback would be much appreciated. I have fixed his ear and shoe. There is some problems with the head turn,I will need to learn a better technique. I will do his hands soon, right now thinking of a way to rig setup the hand......Thanks for watching.

Looks pretty good, though you're right - I had a tough time figuring out what he was doing at the end. The third time I figured out that he was checking his watch.
