Animating a perspectively distorted wheel. Best way?

There must be an easier way than mine: I draw a round wheel, drag one bone from the Center to an edge, use the rotate layer tool and change the value of the x-Rotation-field so that the shape of the wheel becomes oval as i wanted. But here i ve problems with the hand that moves the wheel and the rest of the persons body. And i m sure that you great thinker work in a more simple way without using the rotate-tool or making the Frame by Frame Thing

I'm a bit confused. Is there a way you can give us a visual aid?
Maybe take a screenshot and post it with the TinyPic forum feature below.

The first part with the wheel seems to be done correctly. Do you have a problem with the person beng distorted as well? A screenshot would be helpful.

First: Not distored:
2nd: Distored. It still works . But not perfect. The distorted
hand Looks like a distorted hand (it is in the wheel-group layer).
3rd: I turned the wheel in an extreme Position. This time dont focus the arm or Hand (maybe smart bones would help).
Focus the wheel. It doesnt look like a round wheel any more but like an oval wheel

, fore sure because the
bones werent distorted (it quiete belongs to the bone layer of body and arm who werent distorted).

I tried another way: Form an under-bone-group for Wheel and Hand und only distort this Group. the bone of this Group became distorted. but there i had the Problem with the Transition from Hand (in underbonegrouplayer) to arm (in main Group layer) because i couldnt connect the bones of both layers....and i ve the Feeling that this could be solved more elegant

For a simple design like this you don't need any tilted layers. The steering wheel has only that one middle spoke which is the only part really rotating. The rim can be fixed, so just construct it in a way it looks right. The middle spoke can be done with simple rotation plus some point animation.
Don't tilt the hand layer, it looks flat and distorted. Instead construct the hand in a position on top of that wheel, then just rotate it around the same point as the spoke.

thank you for your text. what i ve shown is just a sketch to Show what im talking bout. the final Animation ll be more complex. with a wheel taht Looks like the Mercedes star for example. but i think i ve no other chae to do it like u wrote: I ll not tilt the Hand or arm. But i ll tilt the wheel and also in another layer the wheel bracket. In the series i ll have to work with smart bone dials if i do it like this.
Here r Pictures of the next Trial.
FRONT:
DIAGONALLY FROM THE SIDE (WITH THE ORBIT TOOL). C: EXTRA LAYERS FOR THUMB 8BEHIND THE WHEEL), HAND AND ARM; BODY; WHEEL AND WHEEL BRACKET:
HERE THE WHEEL IS ROTATED: IT WORKS, BECAUSE THE BONE OF THE WHEEL (EXTRA BONE GROUP WHEEL) IS ALSO DISTORTED. THE HAND AND ARM R NOT MOVED BY THE WHEEL. I ANIMATED THEM SEPERATELY. I M QUIETE THINKING THIS IS NOT THE COOLEST SOLUTION BUT OKAY:
