I get a little better at Anime Studio each time, but this animation is still terrible, I used Anime Studio Pro 8 to animate this and Movie Studio 11 to finalize the animation.

Enjoy!

That camera sure was flying around during the first part. The animation is crude, but far from terrible. Everyone starts somewhere...

I'm going to assume you want some constructive criticism, so right off the bat, two things I noticed that could be a bit improved upon. The wrecking ball hanging from the chain is too still, there is no sway to the balls movement hanging from the chain. When the chain moves, the wrecking ball itself should be affected by momentum, in terms of when the movement begins and when it ends. Also when it drops, it is too static and still. And when it hits the object below, the squashing of the object below is too linear. There's no resistance but there should be, if even a little bit.

I would suggest trying this.

When the ball comes down, make the chain fall down with it and spill all through out the conveyor belt. Make it move with the conveyor belt until it reaches its maximum slack and struggles in place. When it comes back up, make the chain go up first, THEN the ball, and make the ball adjust its position slowly before rising up, and when it does hover upwards, make it swing about. When it comes crashing down, give the ball some momentum instead of just a sudden jerk descent. The point animation is good on you, and I salute you for using it. But i would go even further and say that when the ball comes down on the triangle, you should cause it to shatter into pieces. It'd be a good opportunity to test and push yourself. And then there's the conveyor belt itself. You should animate the track moving, maybe throw some pulley or turning gear parts underneath to drive home the fact that you're presenting a system to the audience. There's a lot of opportunity in this test to really show your talent.

Like I said, this is just a test animation, I'm just getting started with Anime Studio, from ages 9 to early 15 I used a combination of Paint and a video editing software to animate, I didn't get Anime Studio Pro 8 and Movie Studio 11 until early last year, about March 2013 to be exact.

I would have made it much better, but the physics feature in Anime Studio Pro 8 crashes on Windows 8.1, I would upgrade to Pro 9.5 or 10, but I don't have the money, would installing the free 8.2 update fix this problem?
