True stories from my life. Some are humorous....some are...this.
I am submitting this to my local college Video festival to show, I didnt have anything else and finished this part just to submit something. I'm still friends with my old professor there, so always like to support what goes on there. Anyway, this is a part of a bigger story I am working on, and am happy with the results, so wanted to share. Let me know what you think! And, as always thank you for viewing.

Well, they sure are driving. The effect is well done, but drawn out a bit.
Nice looking characters and scenery as well.

You like the scenery? Thank you. I wanted to put a bit more time into it but deadline for the festival was wednesday so ran out of time. I plan on doing some backrounds in external programs...(sketchbook or photoshop) so can (hopefully) make them look even better.
This part is supposedto be shown between credits, and by this time in the toon it would be established that they had been doing a lot of driving, guess that's why it seems to drag on. There wasn't time to establish this for.this scene....so I sort of held the shot inside the car a bit longer. (Driving from florida to new york also seems to drag on and on and on).
Thanks for the feedback!

Nice movement going on, the streetlights etc..., the only thing that stood out if I could make a suggestion, would be more blur to the yellow light effect that rolls over the car with each passing streetlight. The shape was a little too clean cut to me, so from being a great detail, it became a bit of a distraction. Just a thought

Ya know what? I didn't even think of that. Well, maybe for like 2 seconds, then I saw a squirrel. I'm going to try it out right now.

You may want to blur the edges around the globe of light coming from the street lamps as well. Unless they really are giant glass globes, then never mind.
