front to high angle view

Here's a little challenge i'm having and can't find the solution. So while I'm working on something else, maybe some of you have the answer.

I need to place that stupa on the rice field behind.
The stupa is a front view. The background is a slight high angle view (almost aerial).
Right now it doesn't look like the stupa belongs to the scene so I need to transform it somehow so it corresponds to the view point.
Rotate x layer won't do, bend tool either.
I need to have the base curved and the rest of the floors as well in fact. That alone could do the trick I think. But to that end, I need to add points perfectly centered at each of the many floors constituting the stupa.
With my talent for getting messy comes a tedious process, I wish there could be a way to go faster. Is there a way for example to just draw a vertical going through it at the center and which automatically weld to each lines it meets?
Thanks
