Character Wizard

Hi, hope someone can help- I just downloaded AS Pro 10 and the character wizard is only giving me three options- spiky boy, creature, and mannequin- am I doing something wrong? Was there a problem with my download?

It looks like it's something odd in how Version 10 works:

well...it's a relief to know that I don't have a faulty copy. Thanks for the info
