content library not working

Is anyone else getting an error message "navigation to the webpage was canceled" when the go to their library? I did not even know it was a webpage. support was not avail to answer my question as usual. Any thoughts on this out there.

It uses Internet Explorer to run the interface, but it isn't online. You might try right-clicking in the window and selecting Refresh. I had to do that a handful of times before it sorted itself out. Might try updating IE if the problem persists.
