I'm running a fresh copy of 10.1, with the latest Nvidia drivers, and updated Win7-64.

Whenever I try to start ASP 10.1, I see the flash screen, and then nothing. The only solution is to go into the Windows Task Manager and end the process Anime Studio Pro x64.exe. Then the program will start exactly once. After that I'm back to the beginning.

Now I can answer my own question. The installer creates a bunch of inbound exceptions in the Windows firewall. To fix this, I needed to add an outbound exception.
