Attaching The Actions Window?

Like okay I am getting sick of going to Windows>Action every time I want to change some type of movement in my smart bones.. Is there anyway to like well attach it? What I mean is.. You know how the colors and other such are on the right side and the tools are on the left.. Then you got your timeline on the bottom? Well is there any way to like maybe put it where its a part of one of those or right by it? Sorry if my question doesn't make sense. But if I cant its okay.. But I was just wondering if it was possible so I could save time.. I hate having it in a window all the time... Rather just have it right there to my side like my coloring options... I am using Anime Studio Pro 10!
