How can I duplicate a single shape?

I imported an .svg file in Anime Studio. After that, I selected a shape and added a gradient to it(the left shoe of the character). Now, I need to duplicate this shape beacuse I need a right shoe too. I tried to copy the shape, but then it copies the entire drawing(all the shapes) instead of only a single shape.
How can I duplicate a single shape? In this case, I need to duplicate the left shoe.

Just duplicate the whole layer and name them left shoe and right shoe.

Ok, do you need to copy the gradient from one shoe to the other one?
You have different ways, for example:
- With the select shape tool

select the shape of the shoe. Then go to the Style window and click the Copy button there. Now -with

- select the other shoe and click the Paste Button in the Style window.
- Another option is to select the second shoe (the one with no gradient) with

, press Ctrl in the keyboard and click the first shoe. That will copy the shape proprieties too.

I tried both possibilities but the gradient of the right shoe looks different

I haven't seen the file, but yes, the position and angle of the gradient is not copied. You must adjust it by hand, sorry.

I have some big troubles with gradients. If I move the leg or feet bones, then the gradients of the upper body and the right shoe are affected. The gradients of the upper body and the right shoe are changing and I don't know how to avoid that. Only the gradient of the left shoe seems to rest the same.
My character has three gradients: upper body, left shoe, right shoe.
Why are the gradients changing when I move the legs or feet?

Like image textures, gradients are moved by bone strength/region influence.

And what is the best way to solve this problem? Is it not possible to use gradients when I want to move the character?

Of course it's possible. You just have to set up your character carefully.
Play around a bit with gradients in a shape and different bone strength, to get the hang of it. If the part with the gradient is rigid, use layer binding instead of Flexibnd.

I don't understand how the gradients can be moved by bone strength/region influence

I bound every point of the shoe shape to the foot bone and every point of the leg shape to the leg bone and every point of the upper body shape to the upper body bone. In addition, I reduced the strength of every bone to zero.

Point binding does not use the bone's influence strength. Gradients and image textures ignore point binding.

It works with layer binding
