Anime Studio Pro 10 export animation not working

Hello!
Bought new computer with 64bit Windows 8.1 and now I have a problem. When I want 'export animation' - no matter mpg4, png, flash or avi - nothing happens (except of asking animation type and name for saving, after that nothing - no errors, no messages). When I choose 'preview animation' - the animation runs once in Anime Studio as it must and instead of opening created video, opens folder, where it must be, but there is no video. Tried switch on/off 'Enable export/import hardware acceleration', but no good.
I know that for rendering there will be opened another instance of Anime Studio, but somehow it will not succeed.
What is wrong? I installed it to disk d:, because C: is SSD. So my user profile files are also in D:. Can it influence? If yes, then it's very bitty because I think more and more users will use for everyday data holding not C: drive anymore. Can anybody help and suggest something? Thanks.
