How can I animate falling snow in anime studio debut 9?
The same way you'd do it in AS 8.5 oder AS 10 Pro.
Seriously, a bit of autonomous thinking doesn't hurt. Watch snow. If snow doesn't fall right now, watch it on youtube. See how much variation there is in snow.
If there's no wind, you could easily just draw all snow flakes on one layer and move that. Duplicate this and assign different Z values to create depth.
Create one snowflake falling down, following an irregular wave path. Duplicate this as well. Do some variations on that.
