The Smartphone one looked really nice. I liked the swordfight but those women just looked too happy to be dueling. Overall, nice work!

Your drawings are good. I think.
Looks like you used the build in rigs and made your own or modified the character drawings.
The elbow bends are a little messed up. You should make a sharp corner at the inside bend.
When the women are sword fighting, their knees pop in and out. It looks weird and painful. I'm not sure what to do about that, maybe slow down the transition.
Good stuff though.

Thank you guys @danimal, @pinesal

for your constructive comments, you know those was my first animation learning timing, that's why i did not take enough time to tweak some points on arms, knees... and focusing on emotion, but next time i will try more to make animation more believable.
Thanks alot again

Very nice efforts! With sound effects and some scene changes, the sword fighting scenes would be pretty engaging.
I agree with the joints and leg comments.
In the Cell phone animation, consider using no lines and higher contrasting colors, or colored lines that are just a little darker than the fills. That way the characters will stand out more.
EDIT: Sorry I meant the comment about the lines and fills above to be about the backgrounds. Although, you can certainly make the lines on the main characters colored as well.
You could try blurring the car most in the foreground near the beginning of the cell phone animation to create a sense of depth. Maybe that could work on some of the buildings in the background as well in close-ups, although prepare for higher rendering times if you do that.

dear Kadoogan, thanks alot for sharing me some tips about changing the stroke line, nex'time i make new character, i hope to make it right, and for coloring, i guess to make less saturation even blurring as you said to make sense of speed, thank you again to give energy to practice, it is better to have people telling/advice to keep learn,...., now am about to make other demo animation soon where i m improving joints,...about sound, i m sorry am not good at putting thru, when 2characters talk, i do not have good equipment to record...

hey, i do apologize again no SOUND for the sake of artist copyright, it was made for the purpose of timing fun, and how things move.
Soon, i be putting other, meanwhile i m learning audacity (for different voice)stuff to make good animation later with sound as anime studio facilitates lip-sync and props, but i have also an idea to talk about for you artist....
ciao
