I have ASP10.1.1 and I use the Freehand tool quite a bit. I noticed that when I draw a shape freehand (especially with auto-fill and auto-close selected) the software automatically selects the shape with the red rectangle around it. If I wanted to work quickly and want to draw another shape using a different color within that same layer, I have to take the time to deselect that shape first before I can continue.
