Trying to animate the character wizard, using the "Front" and animate, I notice the other poses also animate. The "Front" view is inside the camera box, how is it the other views also animate ?

Character Generator is for "design only", so you can see all the views and tweak them before exporting. You can't globally edit anything once you export, so you are "previewing" all views until you hit "ok" and take them in your project. Once in yor Project, only one view at a time is shown, so this issue is not there, only the selected view in the Timeline will render.
