I have a vector layer with multiple vertice groups ( a hand with a thumb and fingers for example ) and currently, the rotation point of each digit is the group center. How do I move the rotation axis so it is not each groups center, but rotates along a spot I choose?

I found " set origin ' Layer option, but this is a separate rotation point and not what i am looking for.

You need to install Fazek's tools. The original tools won't do that.
