Flipping a Character Horizontal

I have a "Side" view of a character from Cartoon Solutions. I want to flip this horizontal. The help section says: "Select Points Tool "> "Options" > "Flip Horizontal". I cannot find "Options" after selecting the "Select Point Tool" .

did you push the flip horizontal button on the status bar up top.

You can either flip whatever points you want to flip, or the whole Layer, as described by 707 dragon, using the ("double arrow") buttons at the right top of the drawing window, to flip horizontally or vertically. Just decide if you want to flip it during the animation or before you animate (frame 0).
