Hi All,

This is a quick comp of a few background elements and the vector art that is currently in progress. The currently headless torso will be a fat Orcish boss (who will again be restored to headless'ness during the fight).



I do have a video of the mouth tests (switch layer set) on the sketched background Orcs cheering on for blood. But cant embed video here as its only uploaded to my blog (hopefully will upload a better video soon to youtube).

It will be a little while longer before the vector art is finished but I might post up the background elements (mouth set already available) if they might be of use to anyone else.

Now Starting on the Rigging,

Still not 100% about the head but its coming off any way I suppose. Please with the main body which I plan to reuse as the base for standard Orc body Rig for other bit part characters (with subtle changes here and there).



One its rigged I'll get the character and other elements uploaded for download for people to have a play.

A quick test of the War boss character, Mouth is simple switch and so are eye, Think I will stick with it that way for the time being but will redo the mouth vectors for a more orcish look (Fang tusks!).

Finished a better Orc Mouth Set that I will use as the base set for all the Orc Characters. The Base Mouth Is rigged to allow for easier manipulation but only very simply so I am sticking to switch layers on the characters.



Tested on the War Boss using speech from the Azog the Defiler (White Orc from the Hobbit).

This is a collection of the background artwork for the Orc Camp. It’s mostly drawn in Manga Studio on the Surface Pro 1 tablet. All files are high res in PNG format to allow for decent zooming.



I will be getting the Anime files for the Orc body, Warboss and mouth set uploaded later this week.

Thank you, still working on the Smart bones for the Model and have allot of other work to do to finish the scene.
