Hi everyone:)
I am wondering if there is any way of zooming in (and out) .png layers without quality loss? I mean, uhhh... my english... Ill try to describe it as good as I only can:
I have photo in 2560x1440 resolution, BUT my final animation in anime studio is 1280x720, and is there any way of adding this photo in 1280x720 as well BUT with option of zooming-in without quality loss?

If you want to be able to zoom in on images without quality loss the images should be big. Use the 2560x1440 photograph.
If it's too big for your machine to handle, use a smaller file and replace it when you're done animating. And render with the big image linked.

Alright, but how can I add this image into anime studio? Lets say I have 2560x1440 image, I make animation (1280x720), how can i add this image into project to get this non-loss quality effect?

You simply import the image. AS will not change its quality.
You can test the zoom factor of your images in Photoshop. Open image, then draw a rectangle of 1280 x 720 px on a new layer: this will show you the area you can zoom into without loss of quality.
