Is there any way to see all the keyframes for a selected group? Not just a layer? I have an action I want to scale the timing of, and most of the action is on the bone layer, but there are some point level animations and layer visibilities animated too, and I don't want to have to fix those after scaling the action. Is there a way to do this?

You might try placing a copy on the mainline, rescale keyframes from the menu command and copy that back to the action.
