Workspace render problem

how fix this?
its render normal everythings fine but on workspace i have this look
it looks normal when i move workspace but when i stop it looks like that

All my shapes that have opacity are broken



and it supposed look like this (thats happen when im moving workspace by right clicking)

In order to give you fast visual feedback the workspace view doesn't render all effects by default. You can change this in View options, but be aware that this makes replay slower.

couple minutes ago it works normally, i messed up something and i cant revert it, where is that option that u were talking about?

I found it, it took a lot of time!!
right bottom icon "Display Quality"
