1. I have problem when rotating smart bones in mainline and not all part of action is moving. It make any only changes for translations of whole layers. Translation of points doesnt make any effect.
2. Is there any css like tool without bugs? :) When i want to make more coluds, and change their style in only one place a)there is no refresh button to see them all b) sometimes miss styles c) borders can become unremovable
3. Are there any optic effect for layers fexample gauss in some area or some distoration like in water?
4. How to animate detph of field - focus distance, range,...
5. Vector mode: how o make selected one point when all are selected without change tool. For example when want to change curvature must do to much operations - find selection tool select point and back to curvature.
6. Making some object in some far keyframe - maybe some toggle is needed or dont know about something. Toggle edit mode - frame 0 and jump to last animation frame
7. Syncing animation with music - is there any way to set other tempo of animation - some time multiply/slow motion/... moving keyframes manually are too primitive

1. Your bone is bound to the layer and not the points. Release the layer (bone drop down menu) and then use the bind point tool (see manual).

2. You need to learn how to use styles. I can guarantee there are no bugs, it's just not the most intuitive tool for some people (it took me a while to wrap my head around it). But there's a simple logic to it after all. Mess around with it on a new project with simple shapes and it'll come to you.

3. many effects can be achieved in many different and sometimes unsuspected ways. you have blur at the layer setting level, blend modes, threshold etc... As for distortion, a lot can be done with bones, cycles, and other techniques (some scripts also). I suggest you study some of your content library files to see how to think about solutions in AS. I personally think there are broader possibilities than say, AE, but it takes knowing your tools and enjoying brainstorming. Do the tutorials.

4. see manual and tutorials

5.use shortcuts. It will get faster than you can handle. Also holding ctrl while with the transform tool will make it temporarily select points. As for modifying a point with all other points selected,( although I've never really needed to myself), you can create groups of points you've selected to come back quickly to them. But really learn your shortcuts, they are very simple and will change everything.

6. Shift + arrow. But it's good practice to make your objects at frame 0.

7. rescale keyframe. see manual.

Looks like you really need to check out the documentation.
