I want to export an image as a jpeg to use as a template to cut and bend plastic.
I want it to be about 5 inches tall. Do I have to do it in PhotoShop?

Photoshop would be the best friend and lets you export to layered , Greetings

Greetings, welcome to the forum! I actually used GIMP to scale my images then print them out.
